The Acumen Best Practices Workshop can be linked with or incorporated into our unique training approach, the CATALYST. 

The Acumen Best Practices Workshop covers the total functionality of Microsoft Project to identify how the adoption of Project can provide the maximum benefits to an organisation.   The Best Practices Workshop will plan a route map to secure immediate business value and map out an effective adoption strategy over an achievable timeframe. 

A Project Capability Consultant will work with your organisation to help decide on what functionality your organisation needs and in what time frames the functionality will be adopted.  Stakeholder attendees will create Action Plans during the workshop which will be supported by follow up calls and emails to help them agree a consensus and construct their own Project 2007: Best Practice Guidelines.  

The consultant can also be engaged to create a concise but comprehensive Best Practice document that will provide a standard that matches the roles, culture and required functionality for your organisation and, if required, a Project usage guide.
